• Growth and Spread: This plant can eventually grow to an ultimate height and spread of 1-1.5m.
• Care and Maintenance: Plant in moist, well-drained chalky, loamy or sandy soil in a spot where it will receive full or partial sun, although it can handle some occasional shade.
• Period of Interest: Foliage blooms from spring until autumn before dying off over winter to return again the following spring. Flowers bloom in spring, followed by fruits which are ready for harvest from early summer onwards.

Gooseberry Ribes Uva-Crispa Invicta is a gooseberry fruit plant with deciduous, lobed green leaves which are accompanied in spring by small flowers which are flushed with green and pink. Flowers are followed by juicy large, greenish yellow gooseberries which can be picked from early summer onwards. Plant Gooseberry Ribes Uva-Crispa Invicta in moist, well-drained chalky, loamy or sandy soil in the garden, ideally in a sunny or partially shaded spot where it will grow best, although it can handle some shady periods.

Gooseberries are excellent for making jams and preserves, as well as pies and fruit purée.
