How we're dealing with COVID-19

Firstly, thanks for shopping with us during these unprecedented times, it really is appreciated. We understand that everything is a little confusing right now, so we've created this page in the hope to clear up any queries you may have, whilst the United Kingdom is in lockdown.

 

Are you still taking orders?

We are indeed. With the majority of people being house-bound, potentially for a lengthy period of time, we're receiving far more orders than usual.  Thanks to our hard-working and dedicated warehouse staff though, and coupled with new health and safety measures, we are managing to ship orders within 1-3 days of receiving them. 

 

Why are a lot of items out of stock?

Stock is selling-out as quickly as it's going online - some lines within a few minutes of going up!  We've therefore had to restrict the number of items we're making available in order to cope with the daily orders.  If you can't find anything you're looking for, please check back on occasion or use the "Email me when back in stock" button the product page and you'll be alerted when the item comes back into stock.

 

Will orders be delivered as fast as usual?

Whilst we are working as fast as we can, unfortunately, we can't stick to our usual same-day-dispatch timeframe.  As above, we're shipping the majority of orders within 24hrs receiving them.  However, our courier companies are also experiencing difficulties in meeting their own SLA's.  We're finding some of our DX tracked 24hr service is currently taking 3-5 days for delivery.  Similarly, Royal Mail are taking 3-5 days to deliver a 48hr parcel.

We only dispatch orders when they have genuinely been dispatched - if you have received your email letting you know this please sit tight as it will be on the way!

 

Is it safe to receive parcels?

The UK guidance suggests that, YES, it is safe to receive parcels.  All couriers have put in place measures to ensure contact-free deliveries are made.

 

How can I get in touch?
