Sow: Sow from January to May or September to October. If you choose to sow in September-October or January-February, start the seeds off in a cold frame, before transferring outdoors in March. Seeds can be planted directly outside from March onwards.
Plant: Plant in full sun in a firm, rich well-drained soil. Cauliflowers will not tolerate a lack of water or any check in growth. Allow a 25cm distance between plants for smaller heads or up to 60cm for larger heads.
Harvest: Harvest from June to October.
