• Characteristics: Clump-forming herbaceous perennial shrub with toothed leaves and white, semi-double flowers from Summer.
• Growth & Spread: Ultimate height and spread of 0.5 – 1m.
• Period of Interest: Summer and Autumn Interest. Semi-double flowers with yellow centre stamen and white petals with violet backs blooming from Summer through to Autumn.
• Water & Maintenance: Plant in moist, fertile, humus-rich, well-drained soil. Keep in full or partial sun. Avoid poorly drained or waterlogged soils.

An interesting woody-based perennial shrub with medium-sized flowers blooming intermittently from Summer through to Autumn and contrasting nicely with the darker foliage. The Anemone ‘Ruffled Swan’ carries oval, toothed dark green leaves which acts as a great backdrop for the semi-double blooms growing throughout the foliage on branching stems, with the flower’s white petals bearing violet-blue on their reverse side.

Plant in moist, fertile, well-drained soils and keep in full or partial sunlight. Avoid poorly drained and wet soils, especially in Winter as these may cause root damage.
